Who believes that the mystical Island Atlantis existed and was real?
Do you also believe that the electromagnetic energy field that they had created is now responsible for what everyone calls the Bermuda Triangle? Serious replies, please!

- i do not believe through choice.
- I think that its a story, but there are sunken cities in the ocean. He based it from there. And no, I dont think that it was caused by the Bermuda Triange. The Bermuda Triangle is real.
- maybe its alot of lode stone and no why dont they come out and tell us
- I believe it was real and think was close to Crete. I don't believe it's linked to the Bermuda Triangle in any way.
- Last year when my mother in law was leading a tour group thru Italy they found a hidden library in Pompei, and they discovered that Atlantis was indeed of the coast of Italy. The Bermuda triangle is just an area of hidden underwater cavern jest streams, and electomagnetic fields, increased by all the metal that has compiled in the area over the centuries. One theory is that it was once either the north or south pole before the earth flipped on its axis. This is from military and civilian scientists. Somebody just got really smart and put the two stories together to form one. Atlantis was sunk because of volcanic activity not some crystal as in several books written during the 70's and that crappy disney movie, ugh, I was soooo disgusted.
- I believe Atlantis existed, since Plato would never lie about his vivid descriptions of the lost island...
- When I was age 9, I read the works of Plato and Aristotle. Aristotle was Plato's prize pupil, and he testified that Plato invented Atlantis, just as he did his ideal "Republic" and other things to teach lessons. Supposedly, Egyptian priests told the story of atlantis to greeks, but there is no such thing in Egyptian literature. The Bermuda Triangle is worse than Atlantis. Plato invented Atlantis to teach vital lessons, but Charles Berlitz invented the Bermuda Triangle to con people.
