your opinion on the meaning of these tarot cards?

recently, i did a reading regarding a pet adoption process i am involved in. I pulled some cards and for what is blocking the process, i pulled 3 of pentacles (with 7 of swords for as a guidance card) as blocking, and for the outcome, i pulled the Emperor (with 4 of cups as guidance). I feel as if the cards are telling me that what is blocking is that we will work together but secretly, both of us have no interest in doing so and the outcome will be that rules and guidelines for the whole process will be outlined but neither party will be interested in enforcing it because neither really cares about the whole transaction. However, I would like a second opinion because Im not sure, if any of this makes sense bc for clearing, I got The World. I am hoping that someone with experience could help me. I belong to a tarot group online, but i believe there are more experience readers on YA than in my group. Thanks! 4. I am only an amature as well, but I think you are taking it too literally. You can't let the cards rule your life and if the adoption is important to you then go with it. Sometimes it is better not to know what will happen and let life reveal itself.

6. i keep it simple when i do my readings, i start with yes or no questions, then i go to a spread to clearify the yes or no question. i let the cards give me different ideas/pov instead of memorizing every last one. also, i have found for me, each card has a different meaning per deck. my dragon deck taught me alot about inner focus, aka the answers where in me i just had to think long enough to come to them... my current fairy deck is more light hearted, and the meanings are stories/lessons with each card. i'm sure i'm different them most, but that's what i think anyway. good luck. ususally the best choice is sitting infront of us.

8. My interpretation for the cards you picked is that the breeder does not really see your point of view or concerns. To complete the adoption process will have to follow his time frame and rules (basically the breeder is calling the shots). It will be difficult to successfully complete the adoption process with this breeder. You also picked 3 pentacles card, do you think this breeder knows about you have committed to other breeder as well?
