3. I don't know where davao city is, so all I can tell you is to get them online.
4. A Tarot deck is not any better for you just because it was gifted. 80% of the people I talk with would never have started using Tarot if they waited to be gifted a deck including myself, and we are all doing perfectly well. Any book store should have a Tarot deck, or you can order online.
5. I bought mine at borders book store.....i think they have them at barnes and noble too.....many to choose from......good quality........also if you don't have those stores near you, amazon.com is amazing and will get you really good deals on anything..........
