Help me interpret these tarot cards, please?

A close friend of mine said he loved me like 2 months ago.. but he's changed now and for some reason is acting all cold with me because I am dating someone else I fell in love with. I'm trying to get along with him and restore our friendship (we used to be best friends) but he completely ignores me now and it hurts.. I just wish we could be normal again. I'm also confused about what he said to me about the love part and if that's the reason why he's avoiding me. =( So I drew a few cards for clarification: 1. What he thinks of me - Seven of Wands, 2. What he feels for me - Queen of Cups (this card confused me so I drew 2 more additional cards and got The High Priestess & The Hermit), 3. His subconscious - Death. Please help! I generally know the meanings of these cards.. but my mind's all over the place at the moment and I can't think straight. This is all doing my head in right now.

I'm gong to assume you're using the Rider-Waite tarot.. knowing which deck would've been helpful, but here's a general idea. seven of wands- agression, defiance Queen of cups- loving, tenderhearted, non-agression (I can see why you'd be confused) The high priestess challenges you to go beyond what you see and look deeper. The hermit generally advises you to be alone for awhile.. go inside and do a lot of introspection Death- ending, going through transition, initiation of great change I'm not going to interpret for you. I think you already know the answer, you just don't want to admit it to yourself. I wish you the best in your journey.
3. Hi!! So this is what I got: seven of wands: He sees you as a strong person. I get the feeling that you are the alpha in your relationship and I think he sees you this way. This card always gives me the feeling of someone who is combative as well (as in you are fighting his feelings of love b/c you are not comfortable with them) queen of cups, high priestess and hermit: This combination tells me that he sees you as a person that has a great depth of feeling but in a sense removed from him Death-(when reading this position we have to keep in mind that this is not yet entered his conscious state. Thus he has not come to his final conclusion). That being said, when he can deal with the fact (when it surfaces in his conscious) he will realize that anything more than a friendship is not possible. Whether you can form a new friendship or have to move on remains to be seen. Whatever happens there will be a new beginning somewhere for him (this is prolly the card I would have asked for more info on). I can tell you that this was an event that was meant to happen to you (b/c you have a lot of major arcana cards). You will just have to work through this with yourself and with him.
