i want to learn tarot card reading?

i live in nagpur an want to learn tarot card reading or palm reading.if anyone knows some person then please inform me. also suggest some simple an good books regarding these. they ought to b very basic and explanatory

2. The best action to take is to buy some tarot cards and have a go with them, get a feel for them. A tarot card reader once told me that tarot card reading isn't really something that can be learnt-you either have the gift, or you haven't.
3. Get a decent deck. The Rider Waite pack is great for beginners and the one I first started on. A good book is tarot for beginners. It will give you a basic start and an idea on some of the spreads. As one person has already mentioned, it is best that you get a feel for the cards yourself and there individual meanings. Although I do think that anyone can learn. It's not an exclusive club. Don't depend too much on the book though. If you have problems try the runes. They are much better.

6. First you buy a deck like the Rider Waite, which is indeed good for beginners. A great and very popular book for tarot card meanings is Rachel Pollacks "78 Degrees of Wisdom". Also there's this forum, http://www.tarotforum.net/. There are spreads, and explanations of sample readings from the members there you will find very helpful.
