2. If you are lucky, you can find someone that knows how to read tarot cards to teach you.If you can't find someone, go to a library or book store and buy the book and cards. The best way to learn by yourself is write the meaning on the cards. Follow the patterns that are in the book. When you read them, you will have to put the meanings together. soon you will get the hang of it.
3. Sure you can read a bunch of books on tarot readings, but personally such abilities are gifts that we're either born with or not. Some people are born with different levels and varieties of ESP or extra-sensory perception. Now don't ask me about the circumstances for one to be born with such gifts; it just happens...
