Tarot help,please with a card meaning?.?

I have asked before, but i Asked the question,will i pass my driving test by the end of this year? My answer for a 1 card was an upright queen of wands, what does this mean????

3. maybe you wouldn't be so confused if you did a whole spread about your driving test. like, at least a celtic cross. and beyond that, passing your driving test isn't brain surgery, if your cards say no are you going to throw up your hands and give up? just study. i mean, its something you really want, right? not everything should be left up to fate, some things, like passing tests, need to be worked for. maybe the upright queen of wands is saying to take responsibility for your future.
