Experienced tarot readers on a peculiar reading:?

I need to know how to consult one particular card on a matter. I've never heard of a spread focusing on a beginning card; can it be done, or any suggestions on how to wing it? I have a question to ask Major Arcana XXI, the World.

First i am really curious as to why you would be asking a question of a card, would love you to email me and explain. where you have a card that has been drawn as an outcome card or part of a layout, you can single it out and expand on the inforamtion available. to ask a card itself a question has difficulties because aside from meditating an answer in relation to the card the only other thing you could do is draw more cards. so it seems to me that if you have a question you want to ask, you use the world as significator to represent you as the querant and draw the cards around that. by deliberately choosing the world you alter the potential in the answer you receive as it really will relate to the influence of the world card.
