Mystical Angels

When it comes to spiritual matters do you consider yourself to be on the one true path or a open hearted fool?

The Fool represents the Negative space above the Tree of Life, the source of all things. It is the Qabalistic Zero, the Equation of the Universe, the initial and final balance of the opposites, both the father and the mother - male and female, in an abstract sort of way. The Fool is intricately linked with all 21 cards of the Major Arcana - in fact, many theorists maintain that the other Major Arcana cards are parts of the Fool's whimsical journey of self-discovery, culminating with the Number 21 World Card, bringing successful completion, accomplishment and fulfillment. Because the Fool is trusting and open to all experiences, he provides the perfect role model as we too embark on our life journey. The Fool coaxes us to walk our own path, not the path of the "herd". To trust our own inner voice, our intuition and our inner knowing and to embark on our life course with faith and a stout heart. We need trust, faith in the goodness of life and people, and an undying belief that all will work out exactly as it should. The Fool is the ultimate "Free Spirit" - this card represents the self-actualized person, free from societal constraints, someone who is able to let go of outmoded beliefs and ideals with the courage to pursue their own special path. Coyotes love to *grin* too. : ) O` yes, and to *gnaw* on living things not old dry, stale bones the clergy try and hand out. : )

  1. I am the Hermit but I do pull the Fool a lot
  2. Jesus is the one true path, my place in heaven is guaranteed
  3. ~Open-hearted Fool~ (Im grinning too)
  4. What?! Make your point and move on.
  5. It reads just like the Book of Thoth! Oh, the memories!!
  6. I am the Fool who is, I hope and pray, on the path to the One True God, Creator of all the Heavens and the earth. I have not been following an itinerary.
  7. Given your detailed definition of the "open hearted fool", I don't think your question is appropriately worded as either/or! I'm the ultimate fool AND I'm convinced that I'm on the "one true path" to spiritual enlightenment...to me they seem synonymous. The fool has "faith and a stout heart"...the fool trusts his or her own inner voice/intuition/inner knowledge...doesn't that suggest that the fool also trusts that his or her inner voice will lead to the "successful completion" of the journey???...as such, it must be the one true path!
  8. The fool follows her spirit. Her spirit speaks to her heart and mind, but allows the fool choices. Without the journey of the fool, how else would we learn? There is no one true path. We are each individuals with different spiritual callings. BTW Very nice question. That's because dry bones have no marrow, Coyote. hehe
  9. I would say I fall under both; I follow the true path but at times I'm tempted to stray away from the path and act like an open hearted fool and follow the flesh and stray away from the Holy Spirit. I believe your theory of Free Spirit is the ultimate of foolishness to believe such interpretation of such societal constraints and outmoded beliefs and ideals because a "Free Spirit" like you describe are those that are in jail. It says in the bible that when Jesus returns for His children the populated prisons will be almost empty because mostly all prisoners will be faithful to the Holy Spirit. Mostly 99.9% of the prison population give their lifes to the Lord Our God and Jesus Christ Our Savior. AMEN! GOD BLESS! SHALOM!
  10. Scull cap in hand. (sip)
  11. Perhaps the one true path IS that of the open hearted 'fool' trusting, innocent, in the moment, open, available for ........ caring only to be IN life, moving with it, as it, by it and of it.... namaste
  12. god i love the fool~!
  13. We are all fools. Sometimes we think we know and so put on a mask to mark ourselves as different showing to the world that we are one of the many Arcana. Then we learn to unlearn and return to being a fool in time having tried on the many masks we learn that we are none of them and all of them. But even when we say we are not, we are still the fool under the mask. Some of us will claim not to be fools but they are the ones who are being the most foolish. They are truly living their role and forgetting their true self in the process. So the greatest of Fools who is walking the truest path, is the one who has forgotten he is a fool and thinks he knows !
  14. Honestly I am complete fool devoid of even the wisdom , sense etc you mention:)... and I am the free spirit too :) I am a traveller who is totally dependent upon the great ferrier-the one who takes everyone across
  15. If a fool follows her/his own path then I am a seeker wanting full foolishness. Blind eyes looking with curiosity. "Oh, she acts the fool", some say. Knowing eyes warmly look into my eyes. "We know each other", they say. A free spirit came into this world and through continual adversity "snow white" was awakened by the kiss of the divine. The "fool" in snow white cannot be held down because once kissed there is no turning back.......
  16. The Fool, as all life is a journey. Unfortunately at this time the fool is standing at the tower, watching everything fall to pieces. However, the Fool knows that this is inevitable, and that she will come out on the other side with more knowledge than she had when she first visited this tower. EDIT: I need to pull out my cards now...thank you...
  17. I am an open hearted fool. Stumbling, tumbling, singing, dancing, brooding, and unpredictable.... I traverse the path. But the fool in me needs to be more trusting... more open to the kindness of the universe.. and all that it is offering me.... especially when it comes to Love.
  18. Oh, definitely the open hearted fool. No doubt. Open heart all the way. Suffer? Oh yes, that too. But blessed beyond words. Loving leads to life and experiences of it. And as the open hearted fool I am on my own path, strewn with all that flows across and into it, I accept how I am with all of it. Peace, friend.
  19. Open hearted WISE !!
  20. I am learning to be more foolish with each passing day, but that old programming can still occasionally still rear it's ugly head to bit me on the ... well you know! LOL! Blessings!
  21. I come off as an utter fool quite often, and I'm getting more used to it. Life has been a series of knockdowns that has accustomed me to accepting the idea that it is ok to be mistaken about things, as long as they are approached in an open and attentive spirit. I have also learned that no one is a true "free spirit" in absolute terms, and those who believe they are become the "Fool reversed," for we do not live separate, unbeholden to others. There is always an accounting. But a good Fool will accept whatever comes of the open way of thought and life, rather than conforming out of fear. In my tarot reading days, though, I was the Queen of Cups and sometimes the High Priestess. But being the Fool is not so bad, as long as you know where that cliff-edge is...
  22. Oh!!!!! It is great indeed. Lot of sense is there. But very difficult for a comman man to understand. FIRST OF ALL I like to be known and addressed as a FOOL-FOOL-FOOL OH FOOL!!. for the past 20 years I have been struggling to become a fool-That fool-That I am That fool who sits always on the negative space of the TREE (15-1). I am not interested to comment on any thing above the tree below the tree. I am interested to sit in between +ve and -ve space.of the Tree. My Lord can I reach it?
  23. I am only on the path that i with destiny can only truly be. I follow no one but my heart. But when in doubt I ask for guidance to a divine Power or Force that is not of this world. But that is everything and Its home is in the Spiritual World. Once we leave our paths for good and this world, that is where we all will be together. No matter what path we took here on earth.
