How do I add an online tarot cards to my website?

I'd like to add to my website online tarot cards, where people can click on cards and receive an automated reading. I have pictures for the cards, I can write my own descriptions, but how do I get that function on my site? Does anyone maybe know of some program where I can insert the pics onto cards and then insert the program onto my site? I'm really quite lost.....thanks in advance :-)
