1. cingular has it if you go to cingular medianet from thier website. get mine everyday
2. mmm you get charged per text message so you should have a text messaging plan..(been with cingular and sprint, both charged me)
3. you can get horoscopr but if you son't have a text messae plan then you can get charged so if you go to portals then it will say horoscopes and you go from there following the directions.
