How to add horoscopes to msn spaces?

Does anyone know how to add windows live horoscopes module to msn spaces? I have tried some of the codes like http://spaces.live.com/spacesapi.aspx?wx_action=create&wx_url=URLEncodedPathToYourH ostedGadgetManifestURL the horoscopes module came out on my msn spaces but it is empty or cant load. Anyone know how to do it properly? thanks!

1. There is a strict order to do things in MSN spaces. I installed one or two services, and I am not really sure how I did it going back and forth until success. Good luck
