In the anime Bleach, does Uryuu Ishida get his Quincy powers back?

He lost them when he took the glove off, but then when Kisuke Urahara drops him off and Ichigo says he expects his help in the future Ishida says that could never happen because Ichigo's a soul reaper and he's a Quincy. If he didn't have powers why would he say that? Did they return when he was healed? Or did he get them back because of the strong spiritual energies Ichigo and Byakuya were creating during their fight?

Uryuu Ishida gets back his Quincy powers later in the series, when the Vaizard and Arrancar story arc begins episodes 110- onwards currently at the end of episode 112 (the latest one this week) he has agreed to his Father's conditions that: if he regains his Quincy powers, from his father, he will isolate himself from the Shinigami
3. yep he got back his power. He already got back his power in a Bounc filler.
4. his dad said he would give his son, uryuu ishida his quincy powers but just like in real life there was a catch,...ishida should swear to never have anything to do with shinigami or their allies....AND ISHIDA ACCEPTED !!!!!!
