my dr. wants to refer me to a spiritual intuitive in british columbia..do you know anything about this modalit

i was an r.n. for 20 years, in 1990, bedrest for 6 years, called chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia...presently i have severe endocrine imbalance, possible addison's disease, ms, asthma, etc. i was 36, now 52..very little will to live...i trust my dr. of 10 years, and said yes, but no nothing about spiritual intuitives(he had done some workshops with him, and phoned today and asked if a patient came to mind, and in my shape, he suggested me...i am a minister's daughter, frightened of evil, devil.etc..and want to make sure this isn't a spiritual negative thing. Apparently a student in toronto would phone me, ask questions, and set up a time for healing..at that time, there would be no phone contact, prayer,etc., but another patient did this, and had some considerable healing changes in her body, and she had forgotten about the appointment at the time..then told mel, my dr. thanks for listening dianne

2. I think you should give it a try. Even not not religious purpose. I always believe that the mind can heal or things, and it can also do the opposite to you. I think you should try it out. At this point, there's little or nothing you can do. Do everything you can that might help. I do not know why God allows this to happen to you, but I always believe that things don't happen for no reason, or it happens just to make you suffer. I'm surprised that you have wills to live this long. Hang in there. I will stronglly suggest you to try
