how can I develop my intuition and psychic ability?

I have always been intuitive and sensitive even as a child. I can spot a bad person so easily by vibes and feeling that I pick up. I can almost read peolpes minds at times and can predict certain things in life. I have been keen to develop this skill but dont know how to, any advice?
