The psychic that made predictions about Britney Spears and Hillary Clinton?

There's a famous psychic that makes predicitons at the begining of every year. This year he predicted that Hillary would become president and Britney would commit suicide. I think he's from Mexico. Does anyone know he's name or website or something alond those lines? I just checked Joe Power's website. He's not the one I'm thinking of. This guy was older looking, really skinny and facial hair.

4. they call him el brujo mayor...which means grand wizard. he always does predictions at the beginning of the year, he correctly predicted the devastating 1985 mexico city earthquake a year before saying "the valley of mexico will be devastated within a year"....it happened...britney going the way she is, seems likely. most of this dudes predictions are right on the money, cant remember his real name tho. he is an older gent with a long beard, my family knows him but i myself have never met him
