Psychic/fortune teller - Have you done it before?

Most people would say they're fake but I'm more interested in those people who actually does believe in them. I had a lady who came and gave me a free fortune palm reading thing and it was all real except she said that I was a good runner and a good sports person and I laugh. I had a bad knee so I cant run and all I do is sit there because I'm too lazy to stand up LOL then she said I have a german sheperd dog around me and I actually had a german sheperd who pased away. So have you had any experience with them before

  1. All Psychic and Fortune tellers are fake and what they do is lie and tell big lies , do not be fooled by them
  2. But she didn't say the German Shepherd had died, did she? She just "saw one around you". This could be past, present, or future. It gives her plenty of room to be wrong or right. Look up "cold reading" to see how it's done. The next time you meet a fortune teller, keep a "poker face". They can tell from your body language and expression if they said something right. Don't let them ask questions, either. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cold_reading
  3. Massive difference between a psychic and a fortune teller. A psychic knows, from the voices at the other side, whereas a fortune teller gives you probabilities based on passed experiences and the vibrations you are transmitting at that specific point in time. That she saw you as a runner, was most likely, your thoughts of fleeing after she had given you some psychic knowledge. Fortune tellers like to embroider on their stories to give the impression of "value for money". Psychics only tell what they 'know'. The one yesterday, had a one word answer: "NO" and that was it. Peace.
  4. I've never had any Psychic/fortune tellers telling me my future or past but I do sometimes read from spreads. I don't believe in it, even though I have the Major and Minor Arcana (a Christmas gift), but its fun to play around with. Sometimes, the cards actually speak the truth with what's going on in my life, and other times, they're so far out there that they don't make sense at all.
  5. I had my cards read a few months before I met my husband. She layed my cards out and looked at me and said don't worry. He's coming. I was in shock because I didn't ask her anything or say anything beyond hi. She also described him right down to a tee except that she told me he had a child which he don't. We have looked into it and came to the conclusion that this was a past life that she was seeing, as the running and athletic version of you most likey was. I, myself, prefer runes to any other form of divination. But to each her own. Brightest Blessings
