Am I being replaced at work? read for details?

I got a job as an engineer assistant at my mother's work place. The boss depends on her for everything, if she quits, the company will go bankrupt. We only have 3 employees who work in the office here. My mother forces me to work everyday and I've wanted to quit for the longest time, when I go to work I just play computer games for 8 hours and wait for the bell to ring. Now another man has arrived, and he sits at the computer that I used to sit at so I can't go online to play computer games anymore. The boss' son was supposed to get a job overseas this summer, but now they are saying they won't need his help on the project until mid august which is when he would have started his work term and he's in the office everyday sitting at the place where I would have sat. I went to a fortune teller last july and they said that the two main obstacles that prevent me from being with the man I want wlil be removed this may, I was thinking that this job could be one of the obstacles

  1. You are telling us that you sit for 8 hrs a day, doing nothing but playing on a computer surfing the web - getting paid for it - and you are complaining about it?!?!?!? I'm surprised they kept you on this long as you are not producing anything to show for the money they paid you.
  2. You should replace yourself, it is obvious you are not happy ... find a job that motivates you
  3. I hope so! You sound like a lazy one - job handed on a platter and all you can do for the free $ is play video games??? There are plenty of young people out there that would like your job and could at least pretend to do something. You apparently haven't made any effort to be useful and help in any way - to find your niche in this small firm. How about your poor overworked Mom? You couldn't take any tasks off her back?? You hate the job becuase you are bored. You are bored becuase you haven't tried to help - your next boss won't be so tolerant. Save them the trouble and quit.
