Do you believe in almanacs and fortune-telling?

A fortune-teller said that I'm gonna be a successful career person but a failure at marriage. And my future lover is a womaniser. The fortune-teller got my personalities match correctly but my future love/marriage life is a mess according to her calculations. I wanted to defy that fate but I'm afraid it's true.

1. well, i think that nothing and no one can decide your future except you. It might be fun to go to a fortune teller, but dont give it too much importance. Basically, i think they are just making up stuff.

4. Don't believe it. Those fortune tellers are scam artists and it's been proven how they can manipulate people out of money. Put your faith in God and trust in a higher power. Believe in yourself and you will go far!!
5. I'm not entirely sure what I think about fortune telling. I know the phone lines you can ring up are largely just out to get your money but I've also read about some pretty spooky readings. And there are some amazingly fake fortune tellers out there. It's just their opinion at the end of the day, or their guess. They don't have any more of a clue or gift than you have within yourself. So trust your own intuition. I think it's probably nicer to actually live your life as it comes - if it's fate your going to get there sometime anyway, do you really need to know about it in advance? Unless of course it's fate that you got to a fortune teller... hmm this could get confusing...
