What do these two tarot cards mean?

I recently purchased some tarot cards and I got some wonderful uplifting answers to a few questions that I have been dying to know. However on Sunday night, I laid out the celtic cross, a method that I am unfamiliar with, I usually use the one card on top of the deck method, and came out with the same sort of cards that had the same overall meaning. I was happy with this because i asked the same questions. However last night i was very pissed off and when I asked the same questions again because my subconscious mind seemed to have been messing up the answers. I also had a subliminal cd playing in the background which could have distracted it? Because my answers seemed all awry. This morning I was somewhat calmer and re gathered and picked two cards, the king of wands and the star...what do these two cards mean when they are next to another. I trust my initial reading the first few days I read my cards over the reading I did last nite actually ppl, i do voodoo and witchcraft so essentially this is my question. If you are trying to receive two damn pioints for answwering any old way then dont bother! Be an adult for Christ Sake

  1. They mean nothing at all, except that you are a gullible person.
  2. Forget tarot. There's a thousand different ways to interpret not only each card but each juxtaposition and each layout. In other words, the bloody things can be made to say whatever you want them to say. You're better off with tea leaves or casting the runestones. Which is to say, leave the superstitious stuff to the pagans, dear and come on in to the 21st century.
  3. It means that you are going to have an egg mcmuffin for lunch, then hit a coffee joint.
  4. I don't understand why you redid the reading in the first place. You should trust the answers. I rarely read for myself because I cannot be as objective as someone who doesn't know the situation. That could be why you got mixed info. The cards meaning would be based on your question you asked just before you drew them. Tarot is not a fickle toy. It is tool for information. You would benefit from practice reading friends and such until you develop a feel for your deck, and have had time to get familiar with phrasing questions.
