What do these symbols mean?

I have two fortune tellers tell me that my love interest is water And I am earth. I guess think chinese astrology or something along those lines. The first one did not know his birthdate The second one did not know my history...

2. Doesn't have to be Chinese. Western Zodiac signs are divided into elements. Scorpio, Pisces, and Cancer are Water. Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn are Earth.

4. Sounds to me like just traditional astrology, namely "water" (Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio) signs verus "earth" signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn). In a nutshell, I suppose they mean that you are seeking somebody who's "fluid" (deep thinker, emotional) whereas you're more like "the ground" (practical, stubborn, stable).
