1. i think you do pretty good but gyrados i would switch with tryanrier good pokemon look at serebii.net if you need more help
2. jolteon i like the nature and makes it very quick i suggest getting thunder and rain dance and shadow ball and get it wise glasses and if you can't get shadow ball keep subsitute the item for gyarados is perfect good job for that and for all physical attacks with its nature was the perfect choice good job hmm with the skarmory not many pokemon up against it would use physical attacks they would use special attacks its attacks are quite strange, i would've put it on pokemon that was a little bit quicker and have something so i wouldn't die in one hit (stealth rock) i understand with the whirlwind to get rid of those pk but some are just too quick to beat that garchomp good item and nature i suggest get rid of swords dance and try to get brick break lucario get rid of swords dance and get a steel type attack close combat may be risking for a one hit kill gardevoir is and interesting choice i would get different attacks i would have psychic, but i would also have energy ball and shadow ball,i'm not really sure about will-o-wisp, i would rather use toxic overall 9.25/10
