I need help making a good Spellcaster deck....?

I'm pretty sure this isn't a very good deck right now. So I need some tips on what cards I should add and remove. (Note: I don't have most of the rare spellcaster cards like Dark Magician Girl, Magician of Black Chaos, etc.) Here's my deck so far, it's not complete: Monsters (16)- Sorcerer of Dark Magic (1) Dark Magician (2) Dark Eradicator Warlock (1) Summoned Skull (1) Mystical Elf (1) White Magician Pikeru (1) Magician's Valkyria (1) Witch of the Black Forest (1) Sangan (1) Chiron the Mage (1) Neo the Magic Swordsman (1) Injection Fairy Lily (1) La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp (2) Old Vindictive Magician (1) Spells and Traps (20)- Spells- Smashing Ground (1) Mystic Plasma Zone (1) (I couldn't find my Yami card, so I had to make a small replacement.) Swords of Revealing Light (1) Mystical Space Typhoon (1) Giant Trunade (1) Black Pendant (1) Change of Heart (1) Premature Burial (1) Axe of Despair (1) Dark Hole (1) Pot of Greed (1) More...... Continued~ Spells- Snatch Steal (1) Tribute to the Doomed (1) Monster Reborn (1) Traps (6)- Spellbinding Circle (1) Wall of Revealing Light (1) Torrential Tribute (1) Trap Hole (1) Judgment of Anubis (1) Waboku (1) If this Spellcaster Deck fails... I might have to stick to the Dragon Deck... But it's so hard to handle. I forgot to mention... I'm not using this deck for some big championship. Just to play with friends and relatives. So I don't need any comment about banned cards.
