horoscopes?
we do people believe in horoscopes? would you? or do you prefer to just pray. My review on this: is that horoscopes are just enetertainment purposes, I dont believe in them whatsoever, avoid them and never read my horoscope, as my future is only within my God's and me. so whata re you views on this and many other things like psychic readings, spells, etc I think people become totally outrageous when they become involved in these things. I believe in just God my question is which one would you prefer

- I don't believe in god or horoscopes. So HA!
- you go girl
- There's a Jewish expression: 'everybody needs a little mazel' Basically everybody needs a little bit of luck. The message is that we are not to live our lives by the horoscope, but a favorable horoscope doesn't hurt anyone :-) I will take prayer and good deeds over a horoscope any day.
- i beleive in god but i also beleive in phychics too. Horoscopes - cant be right for the millions all with one sign but a one to one reading can be really good. I have had a few some you knew they were talking crap - but 1 or 2 were really spot on and i was able to get answers to questions and queries i had about where i was going in life etc.
- I believe in neither astrology nor god(s).
- alex liparota loves horoscopes, he does not pray because he knows what will happen (he is gay) contact him on - 07798565205
- I think horoscopes are more something that people 'want' to believe, and people are often fooled by them, as they become convinced that the horoscope was correct. Well, say if you read your horoscope in the morning and it said that a man will give you the eye today- you will be looking out for every man you see to see if they're looking at you, and when one finally does you'll think, 'omg my horoscope was correct!' but if you read the horoscope in the evening when the days almost over, it's better because you can see if what it predicted actually happened. Sorry if that sounds confusing, lol! (I almost confused myself there!)
- horoscopes in papers and mags are entertaining but to have you horoscope professionally done takes a lot of work and is very complex. some people base there life on it, others base their life on various religions. every one needs spirituality and they look for it in all kinds of places, and personally i like the diversity and choice people have and have enjoyed exploring my spiritual side for many years yet and it is a culmination of many religions and beliefs
- yeh, my mother totally agree's with u on that, she says if u become involved with that stuff, it can get bda/creepy........... so yeh i agree too, horoscopes although they can be true r complete bogus and how could u know stuff just thru them.......
- Both astrology and prayer are rather like asking a Magic 8-Ball for answers. Silly and utterly useless.
- Astrology or horoscopes is the “interpretation” of an assumed influence the stars (and planets) exert on human destiny. It is a false belief. In the bible we read that the royal astrologers of the Babylonian court were put to shame by God’s prophet Daniel (Daniel 1:20) and were powerless to interpret the king’s dream (Daniel 2:27). God specifies astrologers as among those who will be burned as stubble in God’s judgment (Isaiah 47:13-14). Astrology, as a form of divination, is expressly forbidden in scripture (Deuteronomy 18:10-14). Only unbelievers want to believe in horoscopes. I prefer to believe in God and count on him. btw, astrology is not science.
- Astrology is not against God. I think most horoscopes you read in papers are a bit of fun, but ultimately useless. But "real" astrology is actually what has convinced me that the universe was created with beauty and perfection. Real astrology has made me more a believer in God than reading the Bible ever did.
- Horoscopes are not funny. Mess around with enough of the toy ones long enough, and you will one day stick your **ck in one that is LIVE. Newspaper and magazine horoscopes are rubbish! The editors get them syndicated and can publish them in any order they want. As they are generally not astrologers themselves, you can see how garbage-out this is going to turn out to be! Do you really believe that 1/12th the population are alll going to be doing the same exact things? Let's say, one House, everybody was going to strike it rich, and the next House everybody was going to get fleeced in business deals- would this be all to the same degree? Would not those born toward the end of the properous House period and the beginning of the broke House be less prosperous, and those born near the ending of the prosperous House date lose proportionately less than those born in the middle of the House? Have you ever heard of a horoscope that reflected this? The most effective horoscope would be that cast by a personal astrologer who knew their stuff. However, the sh1t they were taught in astrology school is rubbish. What is important is that THEY believe it, and their client believes it. MARK 11:22-26. 22. And Jesus answering saith unto them, "Have Faith in God. 23. "For verily I say unto you, 'That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, "Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the Sea;" and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.' 24. "Therefore I say unto you, 'What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.' 25. "And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also Which is in Heaven may forgive you your trespasses. 26. "But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father Which is in Heaven forgive your trespasses." Prophets do not PREDICT the Future, they CREATE the Future. The Future does not exist. ANYTHING can happen in The Future. By Faith, we narrow it down to ONE possibility. If you start far back enough, you can make anything you want happen to happen. If you believe and don't doubt. The problem with prescience is that you can get stuff you don't want. If your astrologer thinks you should marry Boris Karloff or Lady Godzilla and you disagree, you may not be able to get out of it. But you made it inevitable by making a prophet *see* it for you.
