How would i set up and do a tarot reading?

I just want to know how i do it in other words.

4. If there was a fixed recipe for reading tarot a computer could do it. Tarot cards are paper & ink, no more. If you want to pretend that a stack of pretty pictures communicate meaning to you go ahead and have fun with it. All it takes is imagination and a little gullibility.
