Mystical Angels

My first tarot reading...any other perspectives?

Ok, so first of all I've been studding each individual card for a month, I'm not someone who just decided to do this out of nowhere. Also, I have rejected the suggestion of the Rider Waite deck and chose the fantastical tarot deck despite its lack of readability. I appreciate the depth and artistic dimension. Plus I have been looking at each card and finding how the image relates to its meaning. I did my first reading yesterday... and for the sake of clarity...the question(s) I asked were How do I go about finding my husband? What has been in my way of getting him? I used the celtic cross spread however there were many interpretations so this is the way I read it with each card. 1. emperor R. - present 2. death- challenge/opposition 3. knight of pentacles R.-distant past 4. 7 of wands R. -recent past 5. ace of pentacles- best out come 6. 7 of pentacles- near future 7. knight of swords - internal influences 8. hanged man - external/ enviorment influence 9. high priestess R. - hopes/ fears 10. 8 of cups R. Final outcome. I took this as meaning I am not ready for love and that I have been lazy and missed opportunities. I have a lack of confidence and I over anyalize. I fear loss of results. However I think my outcome cards turned out well... that in the end I will be full of growth, fulfillment, and I will learn how to move on. So what do you think... a new perspective would be helpful. Sorry this was so long. Just for some extra info...I have never dated... so that comment about the THIRD husband? What does that mean?

  1. You misread the cards regarding a husband. It is your third husband that the cards refer to.
  2. I may not have interpreted everything the same, but you dealt the cards that spoke to your interpretation. Trust your own intuition.
  3. Hello If your new to tarot both reversed cards & the celtic cross are maybe, best left for a later date. If you use reversed you have 156 cards to learn about & the CC is a complex spread. It is also advisable to stick to a single question, your one is two in one. Join our forum if you want to talk tarot. Sadhara see profile :)
