Ideas on marketing an ability to read Tarot Cards?

My friend has a remarkable gift on reading, a type of clairvoyance, if you would, is in low income housing but cannot meet her bills, Does anyone have any ideas on how she can market her gift for payment on the quiet to avoid prejudice and please know that all helpful replies are appreciated!

1. To be honest, it is a challenge making enough money solely by doing readings for a living (speaking from experience). Talent doesn't factor into it. To get any sort of recognition, your friend would have to be pretty open about what she's doing and tell people. It really is a word-of-mouth business. That being said, I've made money doing readings for the past 15 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I so far haven't had much luck with consistency. I get waves of people looking for readings and then nothing for a spell - makes it difficult to budget. Ask your friend whether she is interested in pursuing this professionally and how much ability she has doing things via distance (phone, email) rather than in person. If she is comfortable and confident with distance work, she could always augment her private clients with work at a psychic network.
