Mystical Angels

when foreigner speak in fluent English by little foreign language accent,do you feel it is mystical?

I am Chinese,when few western speak with me in Chinese,their Chinese is very fluent,but the accent is English.I find their accent is mystical and wonderful,I like it. SO,just for curious.I wonder: In your country when foreigner speak in fluent English by little foreign language accent,do you feel it is mystical?Do you like it?

1. It depends on how heavy the accent is. If it's barely there then it can sound very beautiful. If so heavy that it becomes unintelligible then it just sounds bad. British accents are very nice.
