Why do people find horoscopes fascinating?

Why they are obviously fake as many diffrent "seers" claim different horoscopes mean difefrent things. But some people must call them, or but them on their blog etc... because they wouldn't be there otherwise, so what is our facination with the stars?

1. its not the stars, people dont realize that those who create the horoscopes are being so general that they fit in everyday lives
2. well i am not sure about this question but in my opinion people think that these things do work and i agree with you on this question that horoscopes are fake and the stars well i am not sure on that i hope this helps you on this question
3. I like to check out horoscopes as long as they are free, I would never pay for it, that's just stupid. The reason why is that I like to see how they do it. I mean how vague and generalizing they can be without looking totally dense. My interest for the stars is on the scientific plane not the mumbo jumbo "the stars can talk" plane.
