Best brand(name)/type of tarot reading cards?

What is the best type of tarot reading cards that are accurate and easy to understand, Ive had some where I had no idea the meaning of the words, I want just plain english.

2. The Rider-Waite tarot cards are the ones usually suggested for a novice reader.
3. There is not any 'best' deck. The most common is the Rider Waite Smith deck. Accuracy is not found in the deck, it comes from the person reading them. The decks that are easy to understand are decks that have a theme and are focused on something you already know a lot about. If you know about dragons, get a dragon deck, if it's cats, get a cat deck, if it's flowers, get a flower deck...
