Someone with psychic ability please could you guide me!!!?

hey, i have bin told that i have psychic ability and that i have the power in me to read the cards. i have purchased some cards and a basic meaning book and would like some input as to where and what to do now. also i keep having reoccurring dreams when im in my bed or where ever im sleeping and there is a spirit of some kind in the room with me. i always wake myself up by screaming before i can find out what it wants is there anyway to speak to it when i am awake??? and please dont say use a ouiija board because im not keen to use one of them. all the help would be appreciated thank you :)

1. everyone is born with a 6th sense, it is just a matter of developing - you can get this back - meditate and relax. Stay away from ouija and remember never be afraid of the dead, it's the living you have to be afraid of. The dead will not hurt us. Why don't you try to reach out to this spirit in the day? That would be an option.
2. Put a whole bunch of alphabet blocks or scrabble letters into a bag. Then draw them out one by one while you are in the room. They may spell a message. If the message they spell out is: "what do you get if you multiply six by nine" then you know that something really bad is about to happen.
3. You could leave them a note. And a pen to leave an answer. Seriously, psychic ability is often more a curse than a blessing, you would be far better advised to leave it alone unless it comes to you. Every one has it to a degree and there is no way I am going to link it in to any thing. I am not in the least bit religious. You will know when it happens, it will be like either a strong urge to do something (nothing extreme) but, like me one day I went shopping and had a strong urge to buy a packet of biscuits I do not normally eat these. I have learned to trust these instincts now . Later that day an old friend I had not seen for ages called unexpectedly and I offered my friend a drink and put out the biscuits. She declared that they were her favorite and seemed pleased. Sometimes when something happens you just know how it will turn out and that can be useful. Perhaps you want to eat and are unsure which restaurant is good. you may be guided. You may also be guided when somewhere strange to find a car park space or some such. Nothing extreme but it is there and useful. As you get used to working with the psyche so it will develop. But you may be left alone for months even years between events. You may be needed several times over a day or so to be there for some one else. But you can't do it for others until you have learned how it works with you. It is not a voice, it is more of an inner knowing you have to learn to recognise.

I'd like to let you know that the spirit in your room is not bad, the spirit is your guide trying to connect with you. your guide is there to help and give you advice on what is right for you. your guide wants you to establish a form of communication so that he/she may help you in your path on this earth. first you have to embrace this gift and be accepting of the guides.
