- I don't recall them all but... the tower... if you look at the card, you see a tower has just had some sort of catastrophe. Well, that pretty much sums up this card--something that is or feels like a catastrophe is coming the devil is addiction, lure to things that are no good for you--like sex, drugs, alcohol... but this is a really good site for learning the meanings of the cards... http://www.learntarot.com/cards.htm
- Thats really easy. Its like this. You will build up a tower of self satisfaction, but this is foolish. You will feel like a high priestess on a thrown. This will lead you into roll playing games with wizards and warriors fighting it out. Because these games are geeky, you will end up alone. Then you will die and spend eternity in hell. :)
- You do know that the reading will have more to do with you than him, don't you..... Well, assuming that you just drew a string of six cards to tell a story, and not with any particular designation, then you are doing a bit of reminiscing, remembering the rosy past, which isn't really a complete picture. The swift upset of the Tower isn't really as devastating as it is a big wake-up call from the Universe. You will need to be trusting this move, and tapping into your inner wisdom on what's best for YOU. You have the potential to take advantage of new found interest, creatively, and the clarity of what you want to achieve for YOU. Look into yourself to see how all of this can meld into concrete plans for YOUR future. Most of all, though, recognize that the baggage you drag along hinders you movement forward. You can afford to rise above your past relationship and move into your own future, or you can get stuck in the holding pattern, rehashing your past and replaying "what if, what if" over and over. Your ex is your EX. Move forward for YOU.
- They mean nothing. Seriously, they really don't mean a damn thing. They are just cards in a deck and tell you no more about you or your future than "reading" tea leaves or "reading" the entrails of a sheep. But that doesn't stop tarot card believers from coming up with random arbitrary meanings for the cards. Look, you already have 3 answers with arbitrary interpretations already. EDIT: Look, now you have 4 different, arbitrary readings from 4 different believers. I couldn't have asked for a better demonstration of how tarot cards predict nothing. You've only got people giving arbitrary predictions, and you don't need a deck of cards for that.
- Well, the six cups and the tower together probably mean that you will try to relive the past, but be unsuccessful, while the fool means that you're a fool for believing in tarot cards.
- First of all TR has mental problems to keep addresssing questions they hate! LOL Unbelieveable... lol Ok, the Tarot is personal. You need to view your deck as part of your tool kit. You can't just pick up a deck, toss a few cards and hope they work out and 'tell' you something. The cards are influenced by your feelings. Not only that, but you have to LEARN what they mean. You need to understand the story they tell...and you can't do that if you don't know what they mean. Also, Tarot cards can come up reversed or upright. Reversed is some what negative or slowed action and upright is positive, forward moving --generally. There are different types of decks too, not to mention different elements at play. Swords, Wands, Cups and Pentacles. You have royal cards and Aces....You need to worry about how you shuffle them, the amount of cards you pull.... there is even a direction to read them in. (For some reason I have to read mine backwards...right to left instead of left to right.) I can tell you that most of the cards you drew are rather big winded cards. The Tower, The Fool, The H P, The Hermit and The Devil are a part of the major arcana, which are the cards in the deck (21 of them) that are supposed to be more direct cards. The Cups -emotions, the wands - enterprise and growth, and the swords cards - action are all minor arcana, which means they might not happen. Aces in general all mean the begining of something. If I read these particular cards, with just the major arcana only and trying to tell a story, I would say that is says, a massive life altering thing happened. This led to a journey where the persons or thing changed are wondering aimlessly or without meaning. The intuition began to take over and direct the aimlessness. The decion came down to needing to be alone to contemplate what happened. And finally, even though there is time alone to think, the obsession is still there..... Hopefully that helps...
- What are the positions of the cards? What type of spread where you using? What question did you ask before you pulled the cards? In order to give you a valid answer, we would need to have more information on the reading itself. And like another answerer already pointed out. The answer you recieve will likely have more to do with you then your ex.
- Hello Did the cards have position titles within the spread as that is important. You can post you tarot spreads for interpretion in this forum http://www.holisticpathstowisdom.co.uk/forum Sadhara
