Mystical Angels

What kind of angel or mystical being has these characteristics?

I was wondering what angel or mystical being is like a siren or something that lures in innocent humans with magical powers and makes them stay in that world or something like that. Thanks! Also, preferably a male or boy, not a female (such as a siren).

1. No angel has magical powers, nor do they have the power to make someone stay, wherever that is.
2. usually that is the female in mythology. The only males are the Fey, or elven creatures who lure women (or occasionally men) into the fairy realm and trap them there.

Kinda sounds like Law vs Law = Loser vs Loser to me; for in heaven: higher than the heavens, it's only peace-full, due to being only grace full multiplies mercy full & peace full. Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. ministers of Satan = angels of Satan: 2Cor 11:14,15 Which things are an "allegory" & "mystery" to solve, by seek and find; seek first the KofG and his grace, find grace in time, to obtain mercy and get help.
