Can a fortune teller report you for not paying over the phone?

I called one fortune teller today and she said that she is going to charge me 50$ for the session. I didn't pay at the beggining and she started talking for like 5 minutes. Nothing that she said was true so I just hung up the phone because I didn't want to pay bullshit. She called me again and left a voice mail that if I don't pay she's going to report me and I'll be in big trouble. Can she really do anything??

4. 1st what in the world are you doing calling a fortune teller.... that is really stupid. 2nd she cannot do anything, stick you answer machine on and screen your calls before you pick up; if by chance she got you; tell her that you are reporting her to the Business Advice Bureau, chances are that she is operating her business from home or other places where she is not paying taxes. 3rd be in charge and never call a fortune teller to tell you anything cos it is wrong for a Christian (if you are) to be calling someone else to tell you your fortune when you can freely go to God. Learn you lesson.
