Everytime I try to download something I get a HTTP 403 error. What's wrong with my computer?

I cannot download anything. I tried to download Mozilla/Foxfire, Limewire, Morpheus...all the same error. Doesn't matter what I try to download. It seems like something has been deleted from my computer. I've never had a problem until about a month ago. I can't watch videos, listen to music from the internet, look at my horoscope on MSN.com.

4. You need to check your internet connection. This comes up when you are not sending or able to recieve data. If you are working wirelessly then reboot your Router. You might need to look at your Network card. I suggest going to a computer shop and they can ruin test to find out why you can't get a connection.
