I want to start running stalls offering Tarot readings and various spiritual items...?

Can someone let me know which type of licence I need to run a stall at local markets or specialist fares and how I go about getting one? also any ideas of cost would be good!! I have tried contacting my local council (Leeds UK) but have had no luck. Many Thanks.

7. You just need to get a pitch from the organisers of each event. You must also ensure that you make it plain to all your customers that this service is purely recreational. If you don't you can, and in all probability will, be sued for not providing the service that you imply you can. Since Tarot readings do not produce any real results, you must ensure that anyone who buys this service is aware that they should not necessarily expect it to work.

9. Check down at the government building. They'll have forms for you to fill out.
