3. Personally I'd interpret this as, overall, a reading of seeing new possibilities and beginnings. The Wheel of Fortune, Death, and Judgement ALL coming up in the same basic reading really should be something to consider. Forget the surface interpretations-- each one represents possibilities. (The major arcana are speaking loudly and thematically through this reading.) Something is coming to an end, but at the same time, something new and wonderful is on the horizon. Death as the basis of the reading, indicates to me a general sense of rebirth and the potential for newness. The wheel of fortune shows a sense of possibility. Judgement shows one situation coming to an end and the possibility of another arriving. You may have had some past strife and conflict-- internal struggles-- perhaps involving a person represented by the queen of wands. The situation you're in now demands attention and change, and you're in the midst of it. You expect some trouble, and the outcome may not be anything you like, but in the end it's the open door for new and better possibilities. Live it.
4. Do youi have Crowley's book? I found it exceptionally helpful when I used to do Tarot. I got tired of weird stuff happening, though, so I quit, which is what I really recommend. Otherwise, Crowley's book I think is the most coherent, clearest, and the best. Bless up.

6. i think this reading is telling you that you need to do some introspection on why past relationships have failed, the death card is normally a good card representing change and new beginnings, but its reversed so something is stopping the the new beginning that's necessary. it seems also in past relationships your main problem was maintaining your own identity, maybe you had some controlling men that changed you in ways that wernt good, you obviously want things to get better and they can, but you need to get back in touch with yourself, and realize how amazing you are again. you have some wounds from the past that need to be healed before you can move on to happiness in a relationship. i hope i helped best of luck
