Can someone help me name some mystical creatures?
Like, there are: Vampires Werewolves Zombies Elves Dwarves Gnomes Orcs Trolls But are there any other kind of creatures? See, I'm writing a book. And I can't decide what to write about. I had something similar to Twilight (Not anything like it, though.) in mind. Can you guys help me find a story to write about? I'm having serious difficulty. Let me know what you guys want to read about the most! (Vampires, elves etc) and how it should be! (Suspence, comedy, romance) Thank you!

- Fairies
- there are also zephyr pheonix unicorn fairy gremlin
- Centaurs ROCK!!! Goblins too Hobbits? lol
- That's hard...Maybe have it be a love story between two of these creatures and almost have it be like a Romeo Juliet thing. That is kinda like Twilight...You could also have like a "war" going on inside the country between two groups. This could work because there could be lovers in it too. Good luck, hope I helped!
- Fairies is all I can think of right now lol. It should be a suspence/ romance!! My favorite.
- your missing dragons!! i like to read a lot of science fiction. anything so unreal and magical. youll think of something. and i wanna read it! :)
- griffins and hipogriphs. I can't think of too many others. You could try googleing mystical creatures.
- Leprechauns!
- Yeah, theirs things like Centaurs, and Giants, and Griffins, and all kinds of stuff! It's really easy to research, so let loose! And you should probably steer clear of vampires, and if your doing werewolves, you may wanna stay away from the concepts in Twilight, and incorporate all in there: Suspence, comedy, and romance! Those are the best books, when they have a little taste of everything.
- Nymphs Mermaids Centaurs Satyrs
- It should be Werewolve or vampire romance
- Dryads Harpies Mermaids Banshees Yeti/Bunyip/Yowie/Sasquatch Hobgoblins Sprites Pixies
- you know what you should do? you should just make up some creatures! (not that any of them were real to begin with but you get my point). like j.k. rowling did in harry potter. like a hippogriff-she totally made that up. that's what i think you should do. it'd be legit.
- i love reading of vampires i got obsesed wheni started reading twilight
- There are way too many vampire stories and too much romance out there. It makes me want to puke. Do a comedy! If you found a way to combine the best elements from the movies "Teen Wolf", "The Water Horse", and "Fido" and put them on paper that could be awesome. I'm not saying make a book with werewolves, a Loch Ness Monster, and zombies (although that could be interesting). I'm just saying parts of those movies all had great story lines for mystical creatures.
- Shape Shifters( like Jacob because he isn't a werewolf), witches, giants, mermaids, goblin, demons, spirits, Unicorns, Djinn(genie), Ghoul, a Phoenix, mummies, and you could make up other creatures too. You could even make hybrids, like a vampire and a werewolf combined.
