Can anyone tell me where to find John Paul II's theological dissertation on mystical theology.?

Wikipedia states that John Paul II wrote a theological dissertation on the mystical theology of Saint John of the Cross. Anyone know where to find this dissertation? Preferably on the internet, but if it's in printed book form, that's fine too.
