Looking for the name of an 80's Movie, involving a fortune teller, a potion a girl and carousel.?

This is a girl turning of age to become a witch? (might be wrong), But with the assistance of her friend and fortune teller, she is trying to get a classmate to fall in love with her? She is given a potion to use, which she uses in her bedroom when this guy comes over to "study" but that potion or plan is foiled by a family member? anyway.. if someone knows the name of the Movie? 1. I know what you are talking about!! Give me minute or so, I'll try to find it for you! Princess 81 is right, it's Teen Witch ... sigh, too slow. I have seen it a million times. Love Potion #9 is with Sandra Bullock and they are scientists. Teen Witch is about the girl who is "learning" a bit of magic from an older witch, but all these people fall in love with her, but she's still not happy, it's not what she thought it was supposed to be :(

5. this is 100 % teen witch starring robyn lively i have it in my dvd collection and i absolutely love it its one of my favourite movies. u can get it from america i think from amazon, as well as ebay check it out its well worth havin i must watch it 4 times a month! :)

8. Hahha, it is Teen Witch. I was just thinking about this movie the other day, when the friend raps with the guys she likes and they're like "Top that, top that"...it's pretty funny. I remember she tries that love potion on the popular guy in school, I don't remember how it turned out, but she uses her powers to make her really beautiful and popular so he falls in love with her that way.
