You can't use one number (expression number, in this case) to base your life on, or to determine your personality type or anything else. There are many other numbers that you have to calculate and consider along with this one. A master number in general is stronger and more focused than others, but it all depends on what you do with yourself. Your personal motivation and success can be mitigated by other factors in your numerological chart.
