Why ask for Psychics instead of psychologists and why here?

Why do people ask psychics about their relationships and other problems instead a a pyschologist or counsellor or lawyer and why do it in this section? This is Mythology and Folklore! Why not ask for Psychics over in the Paranormal section or ask for advice over in Psychology? Neither of th eanswers so far addressed the second part of the question? Why post here instead of in the Paranormal section? This is MYTHOLOGY and FOLKLORE!

1. Because people obviously do not want the advice from anyone other than a psychic. If they did they would be going to a psychologist. They may want a different perspective on things...
2. I want to know if a guy is going to call me or not ... a psychologist couldn't tell me that; they'd say stuff I already knew.
3. Because some were hoping it was more tolerant here than r&s???? Obviously not.
4. because, for unknown but not bad reason the pshycics come to this section so better ask here also, they probably dont want to be considered 'paranormal'
5. There is nothing paranormal about psychic abilities, they are quite normal and people know that, that's why they come here. They also ask for psychics because they want someone who might be able to look into the other persons mind. They come here because this is where we hang out! Hope I answered your question?
