Closure for the brokenhearted - what is the spiritual healing?

Psalm 147:3 - He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.

2. When you have a broken heart say from the death of a loved one, God is faithful and true to help you through this time of grief if you ask Him to. For example: When my mother passed away, my heart was ripped out of my chest. I did not want to live anymore. I did not want to interact with another human being. I shut myself off from everyone. I became depressed. I became angry. I became bitter. One day I had reached rock bottom and I cried out to God, please remove this pain from me. I can not take it anymore. As each day went by, the pain got less and less. Now it has been three years since my mom passed away and I am laughing, smiling and living life. I miss her and I always will, but I can now live again all because I reached out to God and He and only He healed my broken heart.
