can you rate my yugioh deck?

I don't have many cards, mostly old ones but i was wondering if this is a good deck. BTW me and my friends allow tournament illegal cards and a no deck limit. 2. Not a deck. Just some cards thrown together. Needs some Muscle Monsters like Gemini Elf.
3. No, it's not good. And, for the record, it barely qualifies as an actual deck; just a lump of random cards. You absolutely must take out these cards: Dark Magician Any Level 4 or lower Normal Monsters with an ATK lower than 1800 Any Equip card other than Axe of Despair Black Luster Ritual + Black Luster Soldier Any Magic or Trap that gives you a one-time boost or one-time burn of Life Points and nothing more. Pitch Dark Dragon + Dark Blade the Dragon Knight + Sanwitch + Polymerization Non-Fusion Area Chthonian Polymer Ominous Fortunetelling Shield and Sword Michizure Magic Jammer Energy Drain Shadow Spell Shift Throw in: Graceful Charity Raigeki Heavy Storm Imperial Order Snatch Steal Call of the Haunted Change of Heart Mirror Force Premature Burial Some high ATK low level monsters Cyber Jar + Fiber Jar Consider United We Stand I'm assuming this is a deck of random cards you got out of packs from long ago, but it needs help.
