Weekend retreats in Southern Ontario for women?

Hi, I'm looking into attending a weekend spiritual retreat....to get away from it all and heal from past wounds. I've done a google search and found some (like aziza, moon something or other, drum beating). I'm not really into all that. I'd just like a quiet, tranquil environment, perhaps with some yoga/spa packages...nothing too frilly. Oh, and cheap. LOL Anyone know of anything? Thanks

2. hi - agree with Michael C good suggestion. You can pretty well google search this too - I know of a retreat place near the Falls, it's a spiritual environment called Mount Carmel. You could try that and I posted the link.
