I need psychic advice on whether I should accept a job offer or not - PLEASE HELP?

I've been working for this company for a while through a temp agency and the company now wants me to sign on full time. However, I'm not sure I'm completely for it. The work is okay, but it's not the best workplace. It's somewhat juvenile and I don't want to subject myself to the negative thoughts that go on there. My mental health is important to me. There's also a lack of management and true leadership. The salary offer is decent, but there's no benefits. I'm not sure if I should take this offer or not. Also, I did want to take some time off. I'm sure that I'll be able to find another job eventually - despite the talk of recession. Can anybody please provide me with some advice?
