i understand i cannot get psychic readings and i do not do that anymore, but is it alright to go and see a famous psychic doin a show, and not get a reading, their is a famous psychic and she is doin a gig where thousands of people are going to see her,,, does anyone know any passages in the bible that prohitbits this or any info?? cause i am not getting a direct reading.. its just to watch her talk and maybe read for other people.. man i dont need stupid angry idiots telling me the bible is a book writen by man, and how im gullible for believing and never gonna have fun if i believe!! cause ive had mounts of fun but i think its time i grew up and become a better person, and the bible is the truth and nothing else.. if you dont believe fair enoguh i dont tell you to believe or insult you that you are TOO dumb to not able to see truth, so dont insult my religion and the people that believe... i am very intelligent and i know whats false and whats doesnt fit, i dotn just believe i questioned before i believed... so you people are stupid to not even aknowledge that!! i use to sin, but now i am christian i should stop, because when i was young i was naive and stupid, now i am growing up i have a few more brain cells and i have no excuse for sinning... to smliehay, i dont believe having sex whilst on the period is okay, i find it disgusting anyway... and being gay is wrong, cause being gay is a choice, and simply attention seeking or the way of the weak... look how celebrities were not gay but now turn gay... being gay is a choice!!!! Check Leviticus. You cannot "consults a medium." Then again... Leviticus also say that you are forbidden to cut your hair, shave, wear clothes of more than one kind of fabric, have crops of more than one kind in a field, have sex with a woman on her period, or be gay. You also cannot worship god is you are blind, can't walk, or have a flat nose. It is your choice.

I can't answer as a christian, but as a fellow human being, I would warn you to be careful as the mind can be tricked. Hypnosis is a very powerful mind tool, and I know psychics are excellent in this practice. Religious leaders know this as well. Be watchful for "healers" as well. They are experts of the mind, and make you think a great many things to make you believe you are well, or hurt yourself!

Yes a Christian "can", because many have. But a Christian "should" not because you are inviting dark forces a foothold in your spiritual life, which could lead to more evil in your life, and less heavenly help to protect against the Adversary and his demons. There is Scripture to this in Deuteronomy, Psalms, Revelation, Daniel, and in some of the Pauline Epistles. I am a psychic, not a fortune teller. Thee is a passage in the Bible that say : God has given many gifts, to some God has give the gift of song, to some the gift of dance and to some the gift of prophecy. I can't quote it directly, this is paraphrased. If some of those who have answered this question claim to know the Bible then they can tell you where this quote is. I think your approach should be that "you are entering dangerous territory." There is a Biblical account in which Saul ( the king) resorts to a "witch" to foretell what will happen to him (when God's prophet has already foretold the loss of his kingdom.) (He preceded David.)
