how to fold a fortune teller with a square paper?

I know how to make one out of print paper, but I don't know how to on square paper

1. i only kno how to do it with square paper, i used to do it as a kid. fold all corners into the center flip over fold all THOSE corners into the center fold in half (not sure if it needs to be flipped over first or not). done
