  1. most book stores carry them or you can find them online easy enough... I like the Rider-Waite because the artist did a splendid job with the illustration and they are the first ones I ever used. you are right ~ there are zillions of decks out there now.
  2. At a store come on. Want that be smart tell me if im right
  3. I recommend to get them Amazon because they are a lot cheaper than in store. I got the Robin Wood deck as my first deck.
  4. Total bliss that anyone can buy psychic ability. Get some cards and an ouija board. Learn to predict the future for all. Find love, make money. Or talk to the dead, of which the majority will not understand English. Why doesn't everyone do this? Honestly, I've been to a factory that makes these cards. They use the same inks and cardboard that make products like cereal boxes. So what make them so special? Magical thinking really works? Like for Harry Potter or TV shows like Bewitched? Saying the right words can change the world? Makes me question the state of education in this country. If it's not science, it's superstition.
  5. Go to Barnes & Nobles dudes. They have all that stuff. I think that you have to put it under the pillow for one week and sleep with it before using. not sure. I ain't psychic but I do read LOL. Some come with a nice cloth to wrap them in after you finish. I found this link if you wanna check. http://browse.barnesandnoble.com/browse/nav.asp?N=189694&Ne=189227+189694&visgrp=nonfiction&Ns=SALESRANK_SORT&sid=65213F09810C&act=M9

  10. You can buy them at usually any decent bookstore or online. I do suggest amazon.com or tower.com because they have them at cheaper prices. However, Tower's shipping time seems slower than Amazon's shipping time. I also suggest the Rider-Waite-Smith deck (aka The Rider Tarot Deck, aka The Rider Waite Tarot Deck). However, there are many variations, so I suggest the one that is in a yellow box with The Magician on the cover. Also, "The Original Rider Waite Tarot Pack" is good as well. Those are the only two Rider decks that I use, but I have numerous other decks. However, when seeking out a deck, you must be attracted to it. I mean, it must kind of speak to you--the artwork. If you don't like the artwork it's probably best to find a different deck. You might also need a decent book because a lot of decks come with the "little white booklet" that isn't always helpful. There are many good books out there, but sadly, there are some terrible ones as well. I suggest Power Tarot to help you out because it puts definitions in different categories (i.e. romance, finances, work, etc.). However, that's just to help you find the meanings to the cards. Over time you'll come up with your own definitions--if you stick with it, and believe me it's worth it! In addition, Tarot cards work for divination--seeking the future--or for meditation. I've been reading them over half my life, but to do a seance I would suggest an Ouija board, or similar method. I wouldn't suggest Tarot for that. Hope that helps...
  11. Kay A beginner should not conduct a seance, that is for those with experience & those with experience tend to not do so. Tarot cards will not help you contact any loved one in spirit, they are for meditation, guidance, insight, personal & psychic development. They also require plenty of dedication & patience. You can get them most places on line from Ebay ~ Amazon. Sadhara
