Mystical Angels

I've been getting an urge to have my tarot cards read?

Like, it feels like I HAVE to have them read. the last time I had them read it would seem that my grandfather came to me to tell me he said sorry to my dad.. my dad was suddenly happier as if a weight was lifted. My grandmother recently died. do you think i should go to see someone who will read my tarot or just put it down to a silly feeling?

  1. Silly feeling.
  2. I'm with Darwin on this one.
  3. It's a silly feeling. That having been said, if you think it'll help you feel better or come to terms with your grandmother's death, go with it. The placebo effect has its place in modern medicine, as well...
  4. It's great for fun. But aside from that it really has no use.
  5. remember double down your bet on two of the same then split and try to get close to 21.
  6. Save your money. If any information is given which seems to be correct it will be from Satan himself. God does not work through occultish things.
  7. Get it done, preferably by a reputable reader. Either way, it can't do any harm. Simply take it with a grain of salt, and don't try to live your life by it. Such things can be helpful.
  8. Delusion http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delusion A delusion is commonly defined as a fixed false belief and is used in everyday language to describe a belief that is either false, fanciful or derived from deception. In psychiatry, the definition is necessarily more precise and implies that the belief is pathological (the result of an illness or illness process). As a pathology it is distinct from a belief based on false or incomplete information or certain effects of perception which would more properly be termed an apperception or illusion. Delusions typically occur in the context of neurological or mental illness, although they are not tied to any particular disease and have been found to occur in the context of many pathological states (both physical and mental). However, they are of particular diagnostic importance in psychotic disorders and particularly in schizophrenia and mania in episodes of bipolar disorder. But if that is what you need to get over your loss... Then go ahead... It's your money to waste.
  9. I think Tarot cards are cool in the aspect they give you something to ponder and open up a new train of thought. While I do not see anything mystical about them I do see the benefit of just opening our minds to allow for fresh perspectives.
  10. Go for it
  11. What you're describing sounds like you want a medium, not a tarot reader. Tarot readers use cards to tell the future (or sometimes the present); Mediums contact the dead. I've been told that a lot of psychics and mediums read cards as a front, because it seems to make customers feel more comfortable than if they just sit there babbling. So, I would say if you hope to have an experience like you did last time, not to look for a tarot reader but rather for a psychic medium.
